  • Worker's Compensation consultations are billed at WorkCover approved rates.

Appointments

  • Appointments can be made by calling 02 4252 5200 or online at HotDoc.

  • The length of a standard appointment is 15 minutes.

  • Consultations are by appointment, however if you feel your matter cannot wait until your doctor is next available our receptionists will be able to assist.  The receptionists are trained to assess the urgency of medical problems.  They may need to ask you about the nature of your problem so they can help you determine when you need an appointment.

  • In-person appointments are preferred.  Telephone appointments are available for patients who are isolating and at doctor discretion.  Prepayment is required for Telehealth appointments.

  • Patients who walk in will be triaged and allocated an appointment as appropriate.

  • Please help our doctors to keep to time.   If you have a number of health issues or a complex issue to discuss, please ask reception to book a longer appointment.  If more than one person wishes to see the doctor please make separate appointments.

  • If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we do request 4 hours notice. Fees may apply for any cancellations or non-attendances. Please note, our SMS service is complimentary and if for any reason you do not receive an SMS reminder, the appointment is still the patients responsibility.
